Come With Me Account Deletion
This page explains how users of the Come With Me app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

If you cannot access the app, you can still submit a deletion request using this email.
1) How to request account deletion
- Open the Come With Me app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Alternative method: send an email to [email protected] from the email linked to your account and include your user ID if available.
2) Data that is deleted
- Profile information (name, age, gender, bio, preferences, location profile).
- Profile photos and uploaded media.
- In-app chat messages and conversation metadata tied to your account.
- Matching/like/skip relations and account-level app data.
3) Data that may be retained
Some limited data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
- Server backup data: removed within up to 30 days from production deletion.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs: retained up to 90 days.
- Legal compliance records: retained only for the period required by applicable law.
- Aggregated analytics/crash data: may remain in de-identified form and is not linked to your account.
4) Deletion timeline
We aim to process deletion requests without undue delay. In most cases, account deletion is completed within 7 days, with full backend and backup propagation completed within 30 days.
